Track and convert prospective contacts with Replyn's lead management tools and visual lifecycle board.
The Leads module in Replyn helps you focus on contacts who are in the early stages of your pipeline — people who have shown interest but have not yet converted into customers. While the Contacts module manages your entire contact database, the Leads module provides purpose-built tools for tracking, nurturing, and converting prospective contacts.
Contacts vs. Leads
In Replyn, every lead is a contact, but not every contact is a lead. The distinction is based on the lifecycle stage:

When a lead converts to a customer (by changing their lifecycle stage), they remain in your Contacts database but no longer appear in the Leads module. Nothing is lost — you can always find them in Contacts.
What You Can Do with Leads
- Visualize your pipeline — Use the Lifecycle Board to see all leads organized by stage in a Kanban-style view.
- Track progress — Drag leads between columns as they move through your sales or onboarding process.
- Convert leads — Move a lead to the Customer stage when they make a purchase or book an appointment.
- Filter and sort — Narrow down leads by assigned agent, channel, tags, or date to focus on what matters.
