The Settings section lets you configure every aspect of your Replyn organization. From basic organization details to advanced developer options, all configuration is managed here.

Who Can Access Settings?

Most settings are only accessible to users with the Admin role. Members and Agents have read-only access to certain settings. See User Management for details on roles and permissions.

Getting Started

If you are setting up Replyn for the first time, we recommend configuring settings in this order:

Set up your Organization Settings with your business name, logo, and timezone.
Invite your team and assign appropriate roles.
Customize Lifecycle Stages to match your sales or patient journey.
Create Tags for categorizing contacts and conversations.
Set up Snippets for common message templates your team will use frequently.
