Products Report
Track product sales performance, monitor inventory levels, and analyze category breakdowns for your ecommerce catalog.
The Products Report is only available for organizations with the Ecommerce organization type. If your organization is configured as a Clinic, this report will not appear in your navigation.
The Products Report provides detailed analytics on your product catalog, helping you understand sales performance at the product level, keep track of inventory, and evaluate how different categories are contributing to your business.

Product Sales Performance
The sales performance section ranks your products by key metrics over the selected date range:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Units sold | Total quantity of the product ordered. |
| Revenue | Total revenue generated by the product. |
| Orders | Number of distinct orders containing the product. |
| Avg. selling price | Average price at which the product was sold. |
| Return rate | Percentage of units that were returned or refunded. |
You can sort the table by any column to quickly find your top performers or identify underperforming products.

Sales Trend Chart
Select any individual product to view its sales trend over time. The chart displays units sold and revenue on a daily or weekly basis, making it easy to spot seasonal patterns or the impact of promotions.

Inventory Levels
The inventory section provides a snapshot of your current stock levels across all products. Key indicators include:
- In stock — Products with available inventory above the low-stock threshold.
- Low stock — Products approaching their minimum inventory threshold.
- Out of stock — Products with zero available inventory.
Low-stock thresholds can be configured per product in the Ecommerce > Products section. The default threshold is applied to products without a custom setting.

Category Breakdown
The category breakdown visualizes how your product categories contribute to overall sales. The report shows:
- Revenue by category — A pie chart showing each category's share of total revenue.
- Units sold by category — A bar chart comparing the volume of sales across categories.
- Category growth — Percentage change in revenue per category compared to the previous period.
This helps you understand which product categories are growing and which may need attention.
