Orders Report
Analyze order volume, revenue trends, order status breakdown, and top-selling products for your ecommerce business.
The Orders Report is only available for organizations with the Ecommerce organization type. If your organization is configured as a Clinic, this report will not appear in your navigation.
The Orders Report gives you a comprehensive view of your ecommerce performance. Track order volume, monitor revenue, understand order status distribution, and identify your best-selling products.

Order Volume and Revenue
The primary chart in this report displays two key data series over the selected date range:
- Order count — The number of orders placed per day, week, or month.
- Total revenue — The sum of order values for each period.
These two metrics are overlaid on the same chart, allowing you to correlate order volume with revenue. This is useful for identifying whether revenue changes are driven by order volume or average order value.
Summary Cards
At the top of the report, you will find summary cards for:
- Total orders — Count of all orders in the period.
- Total revenue — Sum of all order values.
- Average order value — Total revenue divided by total orders.
- Refund rate — Percentage of orders that were refunded.

Orders by Status
This section provides a breakdown of orders grouped by their current status:
- Pending — Orders that have been placed but not yet confirmed.
- Confirmed — Orders that have been acknowledged and are being prepared.
- Shipped — Orders that are in transit.
- Delivered — Orders that have been successfully delivered.
- Cancelled — Orders that were cancelled before fulfillment.
- Refunded — Orders that were returned or refunded.
The data is displayed as a donut chart with a supporting table showing counts and percentages.

Top Products
The top products table lists the best-selling items within the selected date range, ranked by:
- Units sold — Total quantity ordered.
- Revenue generated — Total revenue attributed to the product.
This helps you identify which products are driving your sales and make informed decisions about inventory, promotions, and product strategy.

You can click on any product in the top products table to navigate directly to that product's detail page in the Ecommerce section.
