Contacts Report
Analyze contact growth trends, lifecycle stage distribution, and channel sources to understand how your audience is expanding.
The Contacts Report gives you a detailed view of your contact base, how it is growing over time, where contacts are coming from, and how they are distributed across lifecycle stages.

Contact Growth Over Time
The growth chart displays the number of new contacts added to your CRM over the selected date range. You can view this data as a daily, weekly, or monthly trend.
Use this chart to:
- Identify periods of high growth tied to campaigns or promotions.
- Track the effectiveness of lead generation efforts.
- Spot declines early and investigate potential causes.

Contacts by Lifecycle Stage
This section shows a breakdown of all contacts grouped by their current lifecycle stage. The data is presented as both a bar chart and a summary table.
Common lifecycle stages include:
- New — Recently added contacts who have not yet been engaged.
- Engaged — Contacts who have had at least one interaction.
- Customer — Contacts who have completed a purchase or booking.
- Inactive — Contacts who have not interacted within a defined period.
Lifecycle stages are fully customizable in Settings > Lifecycle Stages. The stages shown in this report reflect your organization's configuration.

Contacts by Channel Source
Understand where your contacts are coming from with the channel source breakdown. This chart shows the number of contacts attributed to each connected channel:
- TikTok
- Phone
- Manual entry
- Import
This data helps you determine which channels are most effective at driving new contacts into your CRM.

Export Options
You can export the Contacts Report data for offline analysis or sharing with your team.
Navigate to Reports > Contacts Report.
Set the desired date range using the date picker.
Click the Export button in the top-right corner of the report.
Choose your preferred format (CSV) and the export will download automatically.
Exported data reflects the currently applied date range and filters. Make sure your filters are set correctly before exporting.
