Replyn provides a comprehensive suite of reports to help you understand how your business is performing. From contact growth to conversation volume, order revenue to product performance, every key metric is accessible from the Reports section.
Available Reports
How Reports Work
All reports in Replyn share a common set of capabilities:
- Date range filtering — Narrow down any report to a specific time period using the date picker.
- Visual charts — Each report includes charts and graphs for quick visual analysis.
- Summary cards — Key metrics are displayed as summary cards at the top of each report for an at-a-glance overview.
- Export — Download report data as CSV for further analysis in external tools.
Reports are updated in near real-time. Data may take up to a few minutes to reflect the latest activity.
Accessing Reports
Navigate to the Reports section from the left sidebar. Select the specific report you want to view from the submenu.
