Treatments
Create and manage your clinic's treatment catalog including names, descriptions, durations, and pricing.
The Treatments section lets you build and maintain a catalog of all the services your clinic offers. Each treatment includes a name, description, duration, and price. When booking an appointment, the selected treatment automatically populates the duration and cost.

Creating a Treatment
To add a new treatment:
- Navigate to Clinic > Treatments.
- Click Add Treatment.
- Fill in the treatment details:
- Name — A clear, descriptive name (e.g., "Teeth Cleaning", "Initial Consultation").
- Description — A brief summary of what the treatment involves.
- Duration — The expected length of the appointment in minutes.
- Price — The cost of the treatment.
- Click Save.

The duration you set here determines the length of time slots offered during booking. For example, a 30-minute treatment will block out a 30-minute window on the doctor's calendar.
Editing a Treatment
To update an existing treatment:
- Navigate to Clinic > Treatments.
- Click on the treatment you want to edit.
- Update the fields as needed.
- Click Save.
Changes to a treatment's duration or price apply to future appointments only. Existing bookings retain the values that were set at the time of booking.
Associating Treatments with Appointments
Treatments are linked to appointments during the booking process. When you select a treatment while booking, Replyn automatically:
- Sets the appointment duration based on the treatment's configured length.
- Records the treatment price on the appointment for billing reference.
- Displays the treatment name in the calendar view and appointment details.
This association gives your team a clear record of what service was provided at every visit.

Managing Treatment Categories
As your catalog grows, you can organize treatments into categories for easier navigation:
- Navigate to Clinic > Treatments.
- Click Manage Categories.
- Create categories (e.g., "Preventive Care", "Cosmetic", "Surgical").
- Assign each treatment to a category.
Categories appear as filter options on the treatments list and in the treatment selector during booking.
