The Clinic module in Replyn provides a complete practice management solution for healthcare organizations. From scheduling appointments and managing doctor profiles to maintaining a catalog of treatments, the clinic module streamlines day-to-day operations so your team can focus on patient care.
The Clinic module is only available for organizations configured as Clinic type. If you do not see the Clinic section in your sidebar, confirm that your organization type is set to Clinic under Settings > Organization.
Key Capabilities
- Appointment Scheduling — Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments directly from the CRM. View your schedule in daily, weekly, or monthly calendar views.
- Doctor Profiles — Create profiles for each practitioner, define their specializations, and configure their availability windows.
- Treatment Catalog — Maintain a list of treatments with descriptions, durations, and pricing. Associate treatments with appointments for accurate record-keeping.

How It All Connects
Appointments tie together the three core entities in the clinic module: a contact (the patient), a doctor, and a treatment. When you book an appointment you select all three, along with a date and time slot that respects the doctor's configured availability.
Because appointments reference contacts, you can also view a patient's full appointment history from their contact profile or directly within an inbox conversation.
