Online Store

Configure, customize, and share your customer-facing online storefront.

Replyn includes a built-in online store that showcases your product catalog to customers. The store is automatically generated from your products and categories, so there is no need to build a separate website.

Store Configuration and Settings

To configure your store, navigate to Ecommerce > Store from the sidebar. The store settings page lets you control:

  • Store Name -- The name displayed in the store header and browser tab.
  • Store Description -- A short tagline or description shown on the store homepage.
  • Store Logo -- Your brand logo displayed in the store header.
  • Contact Information -- Phone number, email, and address shown in the store footer.
  • Currency -- The default currency used for product prices.

Customizing Store Appearance

Replyn provides appearance settings so your store reflects your brand identity:

  • Primary Color -- Choose a brand color that is applied to buttons, links, and accent elements throughout the store.
  • Banner Image -- Upload a hero banner image displayed at the top of the store homepage.
  • Featured Categories -- Select which categories appear prominently on the homepage for quick browsing.

Store URL and Sharing

Every Replyn store gets a unique URL that you can share with customers:

https://store.replyn.com/your-store-name

You can find your store URL on the Ecommerce > Store page. Use the Copy Link button to quickly copy it to your clipboard for sharing via WhatsApp, Instagram, or any other channel.

Share your store link directly in Replyn conversations. When chatting with a customer in the Inbox, paste the store URL or a direct product link so they can browse and place an order.

Managing Store Visibility

You control whether your store is accessible to customers:

  • Published -- The store is live and accessible at its URL. Customers can browse products and place orders.
  • Unpublished -- The store URL returns a "coming soon" page. Use this while you are still setting up your catalog.

Unpublishing your store does not affect existing orders. Orders already placed will continue through their normal fulfillment flow.

Connecting Your Store to Conversations

Because Replyn combines messaging and ecommerce, your store integrates naturally with customer conversations:

  • Customers who place orders through the store are automatically added as contacts.
  • Order confirmations and updates can be sent through your connected messaging channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.).
  • Your team can reference a customer's order history directly from the Inbox conversation view.
