Delivery Partners
Connect delivery integrations, track shipments, and manage delivery status updates.
Replyn integrates with delivery partners so you can dispatch shipments and track them without leaving the platform. Once connected, delivery status updates flow back into your orders automatically.
Connecting a Delivery Partner
Open delivery settings
Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Delivery to see the list of available delivery partner integrations.
Select a provider
Click on the delivery partner you want to connect. Enter the required credentials or API keys as prompted by the integration setup form.

Authenticate and save
Complete the authentication process and click Save. Replyn will verify the connection and confirm when the integration is active.
Replyn currently supports NCM (Nepal Can Move) as a built-in delivery partner integration. NCM provides pickup scheduling, real-time tracking, and automated delivery status updates for orders shipped within Nepal. Additional delivery partners may be added in future releases.
Dispatching an Order for Delivery
Once a delivery partner is connected, you can dispatch orders directly from the order detail page:
- Open the order and click Dispatch (or Ship Order).
- Select the delivery partner from the dropdown.
- Confirm the pickup address and customer delivery address.
- Click Confirm Dispatch to create the shipment with the partner.
Replyn will automatically update the order status to Shipped and store the tracking information.

Tracking Shipments
After dispatching, the order detail page displays a Tracking section with:
- Tracking number -- The unique identifier assigned by the delivery partner.
- Current status -- The latest delivery milestone (e.g., Picked Up, In Transit, Out for Delivery).
- Status history -- A timeline of every status update received from the partner.

Delivery Status Updates
Delivery partners send status updates back to Replyn automatically. These updates:
- Appear in the tracking timeline on the order detail page.
- Update the order status when applicable (e.g., marking the order as Delivered when the partner confirms delivery).
- Can trigger notifications to your team so you stay informed without checking manually.
Handling Delivery Issues
If a shipment encounters problems (failed delivery attempt, customer unreachable, returned to sender), the delivery partner's status update will appear in the tracking timeline. Your team can then:
- Contact the customer using the linked conversation in the Replyn Inbox.
- Coordinate a redelivery with the partner.
- Cancel the order if delivery is not possible.
