Orders
Track and manage customer orders from placement through delivery.
The Orders section gives you a centralized view of every purchase made through your Replyn store or created manually by your team. From here you can track order progress, update statuses, and coordinate delivery.

Order Lifecycle
Every order in Replyn moves through a series of statuses:
Pending → Confirmed → Processing → Shipped → Delivered
An order can also be Cancelled at any point before it is delivered. See Managing Orders for a full breakdown of each status.
What You Can Do
- View order details including line items, totals, and customer information.
- Update an order's status as it moves through fulfillment.
- Add internal notes to orders for team coordination.
- Connect delivery partners to automate shipment tracking.
