Organization Type

Replyn supports two primary organization types that determine which features are available:

  • Ecommerce — Enables product catalog, order management, ecommerce reports, and related features.
  • Clinic — Enables appointment scheduling, patient management, clinic-specific workflows, and related features.

Changing your organization type may affect which features and reports are visible. Consult your team before making changes to ensure no workflows are disrupted.

Business Information

The business information section allows you to store key details about your organization:

  • Business address — Your primary business location.
  • Phone number — The main contact number for your business.
  • Email address — The primary business email.
  • Website — Your organization's website URL.

This information is used in certain templates and may appear in customer-facing communications.

Timezone and Locale Settings

Configure your organization's timezone and locale to ensure dates, times, and number formats are displayed correctly throughout the platform.

  • Timezone — Select the timezone that matches your primary business location. All timestamps in reports, conversations, and activity logs will reflect this timezone.
  • Locale — Choose the locale for date and number formatting (e.g., MM/DD/YYYY vs DD/MM/YYYY, currency symbols).
Timezone and locale settings
Set your timezone and locale for consistent formatting across the platform.

Timezone settings affect how timestamps appear in the interface but do not change when messages are actually sent or received. Message delivery is always in real-time.
