Creating Products
Step-by-step guide to adding new products to your Replyn catalog.
Adding a product to your catalog takes just a few minutes. Follow the steps below to create a product with all the information your customers need.
Add a New Product
Navigate to the Products page
Open Ecommerce > Products from the sidebar, then click the Add Product button in the top-right corner.

Enter product name and description
Provide a clear, customer-facing Product Name and a detailed Description. The description supports rich text so you can add formatting, lists, and links.
Set pricing
Enter the Price for the product. If the item is on sale, you can also provide a Compare At Price to show the original amount alongside the discounted price.
Upload product images
Drag and drop or click to upload one or more images. The first image will be used as the primary display image across the store and order summaries.
Images should be at least 800 x 800 pixels and no larger than 5 MB each. Supported formats are JPG, PNG, and WebP. Square images work best for consistent display across the store.

Add SKU and inventory details
Enter a unique SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) to identify the product internally. You can also set the current Stock Quantity so Replyn can track inventory levels for you.
Save the product
Click Save to add the product to your catalog. The product will be created in Draft status by default.
Product Visibility Settings
After saving, you can control whether customers see the product in your online store:
- Draft -- The product is saved but not visible in the store. Use this while you are still preparing the listing.
- Active -- The product is published and visible to customers browsing your store.
- Archived -- The product is hidden from the store and removed from active listings, but its data is preserved.
You can change visibility at any time from the product detail page by updating the Status field.

Assigning Categories and Brands
While editing a product, you can assign it to a Category and a Brand using the dropdown selectors on the product form. See Categories and Brands for details on creating these first.
