Calendar View
View and manage your appointment schedule using day, week, and month calendar layouts.
The Calendar view gives your team a visual overview of all scheduled appointments. Switch between day, week, and month layouts to find the view that works best for your practice.
Calendar Layouts
Day View
The day view displays a single day's appointments in a vertical timeline. Each appointment block shows the patient name, doctor, treatment, and time. This view is ideal for front-desk staff managing a busy day.

Week View
The week view presents seven days side by side, making it easy to spot open slots and balance the schedule across the week.

Month View
The month view provides a high-level overview. Each day cell shows a count of appointments, and you can click on a day to drill down into its details.

Viewing Appointment Details
Click on any appointment block in the calendar to open a detail panel. The panel displays:
- Patient name and contact information
- Assigned doctor
- Treatment name, duration, and price
- Appointment status (confirmed, completed, cancelled)
- Notes attached to the appointment

Rescheduling Appointments
To reschedule an appointment:
- Click the appointment in the calendar to open the detail panel.
- Click Reschedule.
- Select a new date and time slot.
- Confirm the change.
The appointment will move to its new position on the calendar, and the patient's record will be updated automatically.

Cancelling Appointments
To cancel an appointment:
- Click the appointment in the calendar.
- Click Cancel Appointment.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Cancelled appointments are removed from the active calendar but remain in the appointment history for record-keeping.
Cancelling an appointment cannot be undone. If you need to restore a cancelled appointment, you will need to create a new booking.
Filtering by Doctor
Use the Doctor filter at the top of the calendar to show appointments for a specific practitioner. This is useful in multi-doctor practices where each provider needs a clear view of their own schedule.
