Replyn's broadcast system lets you send marketing messages and announcements to large groups of customers at once. Whether you are promoting a new product, sharing a seasonal offer, or sending appointment reminders, broadcasts help you reach your audience efficiently through their preferred channels.
Supported Channels
Broadcasts in Replyn currently support:
- WhatsApp — Send template-based messages to your WhatsApp contacts using pre-approved message templates.
WhatsApp broadcasts require pre-approved message templates from Meta. You must have an active WhatsApp Business API connection configured in your Replyn workspace. See WhatsApp channel setup for details.
How Broadcasts Work
Broadcasts follow a straightforward workflow:
- Create a campaign — Give your broadcast a name and select the messaging channel.
- Choose a template — Pick a pre-approved message template for your broadcast.
- Select your audience — Target specific contacts using segments, tags, or manual selection.
- Schedule or send — Send the broadcast immediately or schedule it for a specific date and time.
- Monitor delivery — Track sent, delivered, read, and failed message counts in real time.
