NCM Delivery
Integrate NCM delivery services with Replyn to create shipments, print labels, and track deliveries for your ecommerce orders.
NCM is a delivery partner service that enables you to ship orders directly from within Replyn. Once connected, you can create shipments, generate shipping labels, and track delivery statuses -- all without leaving the platform.
The NCM Delivery integration is only available for Ecommerce organizations. If your organization is set to the Clinic type, you will not see this integration in your settings.
Overview
With the NCM Delivery integration you can:
- Create shipments for orders directly from the order detail page.
- Generate and print shipping labels with a single click.
- Track delivery status in real time from the order timeline.
- Automatically notify customers when their order is shipped or delivered.

Connecting NCM Delivery
Open Integration Settings
Navigate to Settings > Integrations from the left sidebar.
Locate NCM Delivery
Find the NCM Delivery card in the list of available integrations and click Connect.
Enter Your NCM Credentials
Provide your NCM API key and secret. These credentials are available from your NCM merchant dashboard. If you do not have an NCM account, you will need to create one at ncm.com first.

Configure Shipping Defaults
Set your default pickup address, preferred shipping method, and package dimensions. These defaults will be pre-filled when you create a new shipment, but can be overridden per order.
Save and Verify
Click Save. Replyn will verify your credentials with NCM and confirm the connection. You should see a green Connected badge on the NCM Delivery card.
Creating a Shipment
Once connected, you can create a shipment for any ecommerce order:
Open the order from Ecommerce > Orders or from the contact's order history.
Click the Ship Order button on the order detail page.
Review the shipping details (recipient address, package weight, dimensions). Adjust if needed.
Click Create Shipment. Replyn will send the shipment request to NCM and return a tracking number.

Tracking Deliveries
After a shipment is created, the delivery status is tracked automatically:
- The order timeline displays real-time status updates from NCM (e.g., Picked Up, In Transit, Out for Delivery, Delivered).
- You can click on the tracking number to view full tracking details on the NCM website.
- If customer notifications are enabled, the customer will receive WhatsApp or SMS updates at each status change.

Printing Shipping Labels
To print a shipping label:
- Open the order detail page for a shipped order.
- Click the Print Label button next to the tracking number.
- A PDF label will be generated and downloaded, ready for printing.
Shipping labels follow the format required by NCM and include a barcode, recipient address, and sender details.
Disconnecting NCM Delivery
If you need to disconnect the integration:
- Go to Settings > Integrations.
- Click on the NCM Delivery card.
- Click Disconnect and confirm.
Disconnecting NCM will not affect existing shipments or tracking data. However, you will no longer be able to create new shipments or receive status updates for existing ones.
