Integrations

Connect Replyn with third-party services to extend your platform capabilities, from delivery tracking to payment processing.

Replyn integrates with a growing list of third-party services to help you manage deliveries, payments, and more directly from your CRM dashboard. Integrations are configured per-organization and can be enabled or disabled at any time from Settings > Integrations.

Available Integrations

How Integrations Work

All integrations in Replyn follow a consistent pattern:

  1. Connect -- Provide your credentials or API keys for the third-party service.
  2. Configure -- Map the integration to the relevant parts of your workflow (e.g., assign a delivery partner to your ecommerce orders).
  3. Use -- The integration surfaces data and actions directly inside Replyn so your team never has to leave the platform.

Integration availability may vary depending on your organization type (Clinic or Ecommerce) and your subscription plan. Check the individual integration pages for details.

Managing Integrations

To view and manage your active integrations:

Navigate to Settings from the left sidebar.
Select the Integrations tab.

You will see a list of all available integrations along with their connection status. Click on any integration to configure or disconnect it.
